Wait, What Happened to the Kitten Bowl?

Unfortunately, Hallmark has canceled the 2022 Kitten Bowl. The company said in a statement to Variety that it hopes the feline football-cum-adoption event will return at some point in the future.

What Time Do These Events Start?

Puppy Bowl XVIII (2 pm Eastern): The 18th annual Puppy Bowl begins at 2 pm Eastern. It airs on Animal Planet and will be hosted once again by Snoop Dogg and Martha Stewart. For the most enthusiastic canine content consumers, the pregame show will begin at 1 pm Eastern. The Puppy Bowl XVIII lineup includes over 100 adoptable puppy players split across Team Ruff and Team Fluff.

Super Bowl LVI (6:30 pm Eastern): Kickoff for the 2022 Super Bowl is at 6:30 pm Eastern on Sunday, February 12. Pregame coverage begins at noon Eastern. It airs live on NBC and Peacock Premium. Mickey Guyton will sing the national anthem, while Jhené Aiko will regale the crowd with “America the Beautiful.” The halftime show will feature Dr. Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, and Snoop Dogg. (He’s a busy man.)

Here’s the simplest, easiest, and cheapest rundown on how to stream the Super Bowl: Folks with cable (or a TV provider login) can watch the game on their TV, through the NBC Sports app, through the NBC app, or online. Everyone else can watch it live via Peacock Premium. You’ll find more details and alternative options further down this page.
